For charities & community groups
volunteerincayman is free for Cayman Islands organisations. No listing fees, no limits on how many positions you post, and no charge later.
How it works
- 1
Find or create your page
We're building a directory of every registered non-profit and community group in Cayman. Search for yours — if it's there, claim it. If not, register and we'll create it.
- 2
Fill in your profile
What you do, where you are, who to contact. A complete profile gets noticeably more enquiries than a bare one, and it's what volunteers see before they get in touch.
- 3
Post your positions
Describe the role, when you need people and for how long. Be specific about the time commitment — it's the single thing volunteers filter on most.
- 4
Take enquiries
Interested volunteers send their details through the site. They land in your inbox and in your dashboard, so nothing gets lost.
Common questions
- Our organisation is already listed but we never added it. Why?
- We build directory pages from the Cayman Islands non-profit register and other public information, so volunteers can find every local group in one place. Nobody but you can edit it — claim the page and it becomes yours, with the same web address and any existing links intact.
- Do we have to be a registered charity?
- No. Community groups, sports clubs, churches and informal volunteer efforts are all welcome. Registered non-profits can add their registration number and get a verification badge.
- Who sees volunteer enquiries?
- Only you. Enquiries go to the address you nominate and appear in your dashboard. We don’t share volunteers’ details with anyone else or market to them.
- Do you list off-island organisations?
- No. volunteerincayman covers the Cayman Islands only — Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.
