When you enquire about a volunteer position
The details you enter — your name, email, and anything optional you add — are sent to the organisation running that position and stored so they can see the enquiry in their dashboard. We send you a copy. We do not pass your details to any other organisation, and we do not market to you.
When you register an organisation account
We store your name, email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself), plus whatever you choose to put on your organisation’s public profile. Your email is used to confirm your account, to send you volunteer enquiries, and to contact you about your listings.
Directory information
Organisation pages are built from the Cayman Islands non-profit register, organisations’ own published information, and public suggestions. If you represent an organisation and want its page corrected or removed, claim it or contact us and we’ll act on it.
Retention
Volunteer enquiries are kept so organisations can refer back to them. Ask us and we’ll delete yours. Account data is deleted when you close your account.
Cookies
We set one cookie, to keep you logged in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
