About
CareerMasters is a career development programme for high school students in the Cayman Islands, run in collaboration with AIMA and the Ministry of Education. Through mentorship, teamwork and real-world experience, it helps students build confidence, strengthen communication and develop the skills needed for their personal and professional lives. The programme aims to bridge classroom education and workplace readiness so young Caymanians can take the first step towards meaningful careers.
