About

The Cayman Islands Badminton Club (CIBC) runs club nights from Monday to Wednesday, 7.30pm to 10.30pm, at the Cayman Prep and High School hall on Walkers Road, George Town. It has operated in Grand Cayman for over 40 years and draws a membership from a range of countries, welcoming residents and visitors to play, visit or join. A pegboard system is used so that every member, visitor or guest gets an equal chance to play. The club is a member of the International Badminton Association and applies its rules, and it holds an annual open tournament in November covering singles, doubles and mixed doubles to decide the Champion of the Cayman Islands. The club is self-financed.
