Pickleball Cayman runs a purpose-built pickleball facility at the junction of Smith Road and Bobby Thompson Way in George Town, opposite the cricket field. The site has 24 floodlit courts, 12 of them shaded, along with PPR-certified coaches, club tournaments and open play, a pro shop, free parking, a children's playground and an onsite restaurant and bar, The Roost. The courts opened to the public in July 2023 after the project was granted planning permission in May 2022, and the club now reports a membership of 14,000. It also hosts the Cayman Cup and a corporate pickleball league, and caters for visitors and cruise passengers.
