About

Cayman Taekwondo Academy (CITA) offers taekwondo instruction at its own dojang, run by founder Master Ronald Simpson, a 5th Dan Kukkiwon black belt, international taekwondo master and Poom Dan judge, alongside Master Juliferd M. Dineros. The gym is equipped with kick shields, kick pads, punching bags and a human model punching bag, along with full taekwondo training gear. Facilities include changing rooms with showers, a dressing room and a ventilated training area.
