About

Colours Caribbean, formerly Colours Cayman, is a registered non-profit founded in 2018 by Billie "Bee" Bryan and operating from the Cayman Islands. It works across three pillars — encouraging dialogue, providing education and promoting visibility — on issues affecting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and asexual people. Its work includes the Colours Caribbean Pledge, a network of businesses, organisations, professionals and venues that commit not to tolerate harassment or discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity, along with workshops for teens, teachers and parents, sociopolitical campaigns, and podcasts and video series. Members and volunteers meet regularly to organise events and develop programmes, and new volunteers can sign up.
