About

LifeLine works to improve the Cayman Islands' readiness to respond to sudden cardiac arrest by increasing access to automated external defibrillators (AEDs), raising community awareness and encouraging bystanders to act. It maintains the LifeLine National AED Database, supplies replacement AED parts, and offers CPR and AED training. The organisation is entirely volunteer-driven, with no paid staff; its LifeForce volunteers regularly inspect AEDs around the islands to confirm they are working and rescue-ready. Volunteers are also welcomed for photography, IT, communications and administrative support, and the charity accepts donations.
