T21 NPO is a Cayman Islands non-profit that works to empower individuals with Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) by raising awareness and working to end the stigma surrounding the condition. Its activities include a Talk Series on inclusion and support for people with Down syndrome and other differing abilities, held in partnership with Next Chapter, and a Walk, Run, Push, Scoot event. The organisation is the advocacy partner of Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2026.
