Confidential counselling and workplace training for employees of member companies
About
The Employee Assistance Programme of the Cayman Islands (EAP Cayman) is a not-for-profit organisation, administered by a board of directors representing its member companies, that has provided counselling services in the Cayman Islands since 1993. Its counsellors, who are registered with the Health Practitioners Board of the Cayman Islands, help employees with issues such as relationships, family and marital conflict, workplace problems, anxiety, depression, substance use, stress and grief. EAP also runs orientation sessions and customised workshops on topics including stress management, communication skills, bullying and harassment, and work-life balance, and provides debriefing and crisis intervention on request. Confidentiality is a stated priority, with measures including discreet premises, staggered appointments and employer reports containing statistics only.
