About

Vision Academy 345 is a non-profit track and field club established in September 2023, built on the legacy of the former 345 Athletic Club founded by the late Derek Larner. Revived by co-founders Lacee Riley and Adrian Riley, both former NCAA Division I athletes and international representatives, the club coaches young people in the Cayman Islands in athletics. Alongside training, it offers academic support, mentorship and counselling, and help with university and post-secondary planning, including scholarship applications, interview preparation and workshops on budgeting and household management. The club also holds fundraising events to provide training, equipment and competition opportunities for its athletes.
